Useful set of bullets – thanks goodness other people go to these things. I particularly liked the sound of Headshift’s contribution, especially their comments on issues surrounding the implementation of corporate Web 2.0. Amongst many:
- Balancing active and passive user groups is tricky
- There is still a role for editorial and facilitation
- Rapid iteration is better than perfect concepts
And don’t I know it!
